Zim Group has begun marketing stores in its Zim Mall in Beit She'an in the Jordan Valley. The 13,000-square meter mall is under construction at an investment of NIS 100 million. Rent is reportedly $35 per square meter per month. Atia Assets and Investments is marketing the mall.
