A few weeks ago, Yehuda Zisapel increased his holding in sister company Radvision.
Yehuda Zisapel has increased his stake in Radware Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR; TASE: RDWR) from 14.8% to 16.7%, according to a notice to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Yehuda Zisapel served as chairman of the company from its founding until 2006, and his son, Roy Zisapel, is CEO. Yehuda Zisapel still serves on the board.
Yehuda Zisapel purchased 257,000 shares during 2008. Radware's share fell 65% last year and is currently traded at a market cap of $103 million.
A few weeks ago, Yehuda Zisapel made a similar purchase in sister company Radvision Ltd. (Nasdaq: RVSN; TASE: RVSN), increasing his stake to 6.8% from 5.2%. His brother, Zohar Zisapel is chairman of the company.
Radware is due to publish its financial report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2008 on Tuesday.
