Jaffa: A 60-sq.m. three-room apartment on Poria St. was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 100-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment with a sea view on Ibn Roshad St. was sold for NIS 1.51 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Rabbi Aha St. was sold for NIS 1.44 million. A 65-sq.m. three-room apartment pm Yehuda Hayamit St. was sold for NIS 1.19 million (Levy Yitzhak).

Bat Yam: A six-room apartment on David Hamelekh St. was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 115-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Anna Frank St. was sold for NIS 780,000. A 140-sq.m. five-room apartment on Shaul Hamelekh St. was sold for NIS 1.25 million (MDN).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: Two apartments in need of renovation with an aggregate space of 200 sq.m. on Keren Hayesod St., Rehavia, were sold by Ministry of Finance tender for NIS 3.33 million. A 40-sq.m. two-room apartment on Hebron Road, Baka, was sold for NIS 720,000. A four-room apartment on Meir Gershon St., Pisgat Zeev, was sold for NIS 1.08 million. A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment on Granot St. was sold for NIS 1.59 million. A 123-sq.m. five-and-a-half-room apartment in need of renovation on Mevo Ha'Oleh St., Givat Oranim, was sold for NIS 2.08 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Nesher: A 100-sq.m. three-room apartment with a sea view on Ha'arava St., Ramot Yitzhak, was sold for NIS 510,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room garden apartment with a sea view on Hatzivoni St. was sold for NIS 560,000. Two 110-sq.m. four-room apartments on Amos St. in the Technion Gates project were sold for NIS 605,000 and NIS 705,000 (Realty Executives).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region

Tel Aviv:A two-room apartment on Namir Rd. was leased for NIS 3,700 a month. A furnished three-room apartment on Mendele Mocher Sfarim St. was leased for NIS 5,900 a month. A four-room apartment with parking on Moshe Dayan Rd. was leased for NIS 3,600 a month (Madas).

Holon: A three-room apartment on Hahistadrut St. was leased for NIS 2,800 a month. A four-room rooftop apartment on KKL St. was leased for NIS 4,000 a month. A three-room apartment on Pierre Koenig St. was leased for NIS 2,850 a month (Re/MAX).
