Terrorist killed after Jerusalem bulldozer attack

The incident took place near the Teddy Kollek Stadium.

A man seized a backhoe in Jerusalem and attempted to steer it toward a bus to strike it. The bus happened to be empty at the time. He then tried to hit a police car, but was shot and critically injured.

The incident took place near the Teddy Kollek Stadium in southern Jerusalem.

Magen David Adom director general Eli Bin told “IDF Radio" (Galei Zahal) that an ambulance evacuated two injured policemen from the scene. It is not known if there are more casualties.

This is the third attempt in the past year to use a backhoe to carry out a terrorist attack in Jerusalem.
