SaaS co Spine gets backing from private investor

The company will expand its servers infrastructure and strengthen its marketing network.

Spine Integrated Systems (2008) Ltd. has raised NIS 4 million from a private investor. The software as a service (SaaS) platform developer will use the proceeds to expand its servers infrastructure and strengthen its marketing network.

Until now, the company's founders were its investors.

Spine's platform enables service providers to offer IT services without the need to purchase and maintain the software infrastructure. Instead, the service provider can rent the software services and networks on the basis of their business needs. Spine's services offer a range of solutions, ranging from e-mail through ERP, CRM, storage, virtualization, databases, and telephony.

Spine's model enables enterprises to save IT operating expenses and focus on their core business. Spine's automated system also manages orders, deliveries, and web hosting for applications and services.
