Yael Software and Systems Ltd. has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Global Software Inc., provider of Microsoft Corporation's (Nasdaq: MSFT) Excel-based spreadsheet automation solutions.
Yael Software will initially distribute in Israel the Executive DASH and Spreadsheet Server programs, which interface with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions made by companies such as Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCL) and SAP AG (NYSE: SAP; XETRA: SAPG).
The Spreadsheet Server program enables direct real-time access by Excel spreadsheets to main account books in ERP systems. It enables users to apply their Excel programs to analyze data and prepare reports.
Global Software develops automated analysis tools for Excel-based programs for ERP systems. The company has over 100,000 users among 3,000 customers in 40 countries worldwide.
