SBC distributed "Forbes Israel" for the past four years.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that Mirkaei Tikshoret Ltd., owned by Eli Azur, has won the distribution rights for "Forbes Israel".
For the past four years, "Forbes Israel" was distributed by SBC Ltd., which publishes 17 magazines, including travelogue "Massa Acher", parenting magazine "Horim Vayeladim", and gourmand magazine "Derech Ha'ochel". A stay of proceedings was issued for SBC a few weeks ago because of its NIS 53 million debt. A tender for the acquisition of the company was subsequently published in which several companies expressed an interest, in whole or in part, for it.
The "Forbes" and other magazine distribution rights, which were viewed as SBC's strongest assets, were not included in the sale offer.
