Herzliya: A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Yehuda Halevi Street was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 750-sq.m. lot slated for two private homes in Neve Amal was sold for NIS 2 million (Reshef Residential Properties).

Kiryat Ono: A 108-sq.m. four-room apartment on Ha'Iris St. was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment in need of renovation on Ha'Iris St. was sold for NIS 865,000. A 118-sq.m. four-room apartment on Yitzhak Rabin St. was sold for NIS 1.46 million. A 154-sq.m. five-room apartment Yitzhak Rabin St. was sold for NIS 1.74 million (Re/MAX).

Ra'anana: A 90-sq.m. three-room apartment on Klausner St. was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A 105-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Eliezer Yaffe St. was sold for NIS 1.19 million (Levy Yitzhak). A four-room apartment on Hankin St. was sold for NIS 1.45 million (Bank of Jerusalem).

Rishon LeZion: A 120-sq.m. four-room apartment on Hahartzit St. was sold for NIS 850,000. An 88-sq.m. three-room apartment on Weitzbard St. was sold for NIS 600,000. A 120-sq.m. three-room apartment on Dror St. was sold for NIS 760,000 (Elef Bayit Real Estate).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 175-sq.m. seven-room house subdivided into three apartments on Kfir St., Malha, was sold for NIS 2.38 million. A 60-sq.m. three-room apartment on Harduf St., Gilo, was sold for NIS 730,000. A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment on Haim Pazner St., Pisgat Zeev, was sold for NIS 870,000. A 110-sq.m. four-room apartment on Aharoni St., Givat Oranim, was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 95-sq.m. four-room apartment on Sokolov St., Talbiyeh, was sold for NIS 1.88 million. A 75-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Nachshon St., Abu Tor, was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv: A three-and-a-half-room apartment on Emek Ayalon St., Yad Eliahu, was leased for NIS 3,900 a month (Anglo-Saxon). A four-room apartment on Boyer St., Ramat Aviv Gimmel, was leased for NIS 5,250 a month. A renovated two-and-a-half-room apartment on Bnei Moshe St. was leased for NIS 3,750 a month. A renovated five-room apartment on Yaari St., Kochav Hatzafon, was leased for NIS 5,250 a month (Levy Yitzhak).
