Construction of the 218-unit project for ultra-orthodox Jews will begin next month.
Bronfman Fisher Investments Ltd. subsidiary Isralom Properties Ltd. (TASE:ILOM) has sold 25 apartments in the past two months in its Nofei Eliahu project on Harav Sorotzkin Street in the Belz neighborhood. This is a 218-unit joint project with the Kiryat Hayeled non-profit organization that is being marketed to haredi (ultra-orthodox) Jews.
Prices start at NIS 1.3 million for a three-room apartment and NIS 3.4 million for special apartments. Construction will begin next month.
