The venture of Eldar Group will enable individual home buyers to enjoy the same benefits as organized buyer groups.
Real estate marketer Eldar Group Ltd. has launched Ichud Konei Hadirot Ltd. ("Home Buyers Association" in Hebrew), a real estate venture to help individual home buyers, who are not members of organized buyer groups, to create such groups in order to obtain large discounts and preferential mortgage terms from Leumi Mortgage Bank. Eldar says that it invested NIS 600,000 in developing the site and in public relations.
Eldar CEO Amir Shaltiel said that Ichud Konei Hadirot would enable individual home buyers to enjoy the same benefits as organized buyer groups.
Ichud Konei Hadirot said that it applies the method of buying blocks of apartments directly from contractors, using the strength of a group's purchasing power, but not a buyers group. With the launch of the website this month, the venture is offering buyers to join two projects: the I-Tower project under construction by Rubinstein Buildings Ltd. in Beer Yaakov, and the Life project in Herzliya by Hershy Friedman.
