The Nakash brothers plan to plan to convert the building for high-tech tenants.
Bazelet Group Ltd., owned by the jeans maker Jordache Enterprises Inc., Nakash brothers, and ORC Land Properties and Investments Ltd. have bought a 9,000-square meter three-storey office building in the old industrial zone of Rishon LeZion for NIS 25 million. They also bought a quarter-acre lot and parking lot. Last year, they bought the adjacent Dairy Council building for NIS 10 million.
The Nakash brothers and their partner, Raz Oded, plan to plan to convert the building for high-tech tenants. They also plan to expand their property holdings in the area.
The Nakash brothers own three other Israeli companies: Ampa Real Estate Ltd., Arkia Airlines Ltd., and Orchidea Hotel Ltd. They built their fortune in the 1980s in the US through Jordache jeans.
