Yair Seroussi will become chairman of the bank in August.
Supervisor of Banks Rony Hizkiyahu today approved the appointment of Yair Seroussi as a director of Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI). He has served as a director of the bank before.
In August, Seroussi will become chairman of the bank, replacing Dan Dankner, who was forced to resign in the battle between Bank Hapoalim and the Bank of Israel.
