Prime Lease wins large IAI car deal

The leasing contract is worth NIS 350 million.

Prime Lease, which is owned by the Lubinski Group has won a tender to lease vehicles to Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. (IAI). The tender for 3,000 vehicles over three years is worth NIS 350 million and was one of the largest issued in Israel's leasing industry in recent years. Nine companies bid for the tender.

Prime Lease is expected to supply IAI with the Peugeot and Citroen vehicles that the Lubinski Group imports. These models include the Peugeot 308 and the Citroen C4 for middle management, the Peugeot 207 for more junior executives and Peugeot 407 and Citroen C5 for executives as well as the Citroen Picasso for large families. In addition the Citroen Berlingo commercial van will be supplied.

The Lubinski Group refused to comment on the report.
