Dr. Gabi Picker's lawyer was not given a copy of the disputed memorandum of understanding.
SafeSky CEO Dr. Gabi Picker has resigned. The resignation follows the refusal by a lawyer at M. Seligman & Co to give Picker's attorney a copy of the document which serves as the basis of a transaction which has raised many questions.
M. Seligman & Co is the law firm which arranged the memorandum of understanding which covers SafeSky's supposed sale of a stake in its Life Keeper device to Taiwanese firm MSI
