HOT CEO David Kaminitz hired Shlomo Migdal to manage HOT's telephony and Internet service provider operations.
HOT Telecom CEO Shlomo Migdal has resigned suddenly. He notified David Kaminitz, CEO of parent company, Hot Cable Systems Media Ltd. (TASE: HOT), of the decision, which is apparently because of changes underway at the company.
Kaminitz hired Migdal to manage HOT's telephony and Internet service provider operations. Migdal previously worked for 013 Barak, which was merged with IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH) unit NetVision Ltd. (TASE: NTSN). Migdal led HOT Telecom to exceptional achievements in recruiting subscribers, especially thanks to the triple play service that the company offered.
