Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL; Pink Sheets:AFIVY) unit Africa-Israel Residences Ltd. (TASE:AFHS) has sold one of the model houses in its Savyon project. The company launched the project in the luxury Tel Aviv suburb a year ago. Designed by Oded Lavy, the 310-square meter two-floor house with basement on a 1,000-square meter lot was sold to an Israeli residing in the US for NIS 7.7 million.
