Minrav Holdings Ltd. (TASE: MNRV) has sold 15 apartments in its Nofei Minrav project in the Arnona neighborhood of Jerusalem for NIS 24 million altogether. The project has 102 three to six-room apartments in six six-storey buildings.
All the apartments are either garden apartments, or have balconies, and all the apartments have storerooms and private parking. The asking price of a 126-square meter five-room apartment, with a 13-square meter balcony, is NIS 1.696 million, and the asking price for a 112-square meter four-room apartment, with a 12-square meter balcony, is NIS 1.52 million.
