The placement is part of a planned NIS 17 million find raising round.
D Medical Industries Ltd. (TASE: DMDC) (formerly Aryt Systems) has announced that it has raised NIS 12 million out of a private fund raising round that is meant t reach NIS 17 million. Among the participating investors were Altshuler Shaham, Barak Capital, and Meitav provident funds.
The funds were raised in a private placement of shares and warrants, at a price of NIS 0.95 per share, in parcels of ten shares and three warrants. This compares with a market price of NIS 1 today, after a rise of 2.7%. The company's market cap is NIS 155 million.
D-Medical has announced its intention of making an IPO in the US at a later stage.
