Amdocs CEO introduces 5 start-ups to AT&T execs

It is hoped that the mingling will lead to the start-ups collaborating with AT&T.

Two days after Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX) published its financial reports for fourth fiscal quarter and full-year of 2009, CEO Dov Barahav hosted a small gathering for two AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) executives. AT&T is Amdocs' biggest customers. The cocktail party was held. The fiscal year was a tough one for Amdocs, but it ended with signs of recovery.

At the cocktail party, Barahav introduced AT&T CTO John Donovan and AT&T Operations president and CEO John Stankey to representative of five Israeli start-ups that are participating in Amdocs's innovation program: Trivnet Ltd., in which Amdocs recently invested; SupportSpace Ltd.; Prime Sense Inc.; Datanetis Ltd.; and CommuniTake Technologies Ltd. It is hoped that the mingling will lead to AT&T collaborating with the start-ups.
