Zichron Yaakov's Eden Inn again up for sale

The failure of the first attempt to sell the Eden Inn has prompted a second try.

The Eden Inn Hotel in Zichron Yaakov is again up for sale by its receiver, Adv. Aharon Ben-Shahar. The 96-room four-star Eden Inn is owned by financially troubled Hartan Hotels and Resorts Ltd. Eden Inn also has 48 recreation apartments.

In July 2009, the Haifa District Court approved the sale of the Hartan's three-star Habaron Farm resort in Zichron Yaakov for NIS 14 million.

Ben-Shahar was appointed Hartan's receiver in early 2009, and put both hotels up for sale. The failure of the first attempt to sell the Eden Inn has prompted a second try.
