This is Gilon Business Insight's sixth acquisition in the past three years.
Gilon Business Insight Ltd. reported paid NIS 12 million to acquire business intelligence (BI) solutions developer Synergy. The joint company will have 300 employees.
Gilon will acquire 76% of Synergy's shares, while Synergy's founders will keep the rest and continue to manage the company. This is Gilon's sixth acquisition in the past three years, including companies in Turkey. Gilon is owned by Viola Partners unit D Partners, and is run by founder and CEO Guy Greenberg. Gilon Israel is run by CEO Ran Rimon.
