Leumi Card Ltd. has launched a new service for its cardholders in collaboration with EZbuyUS Ltd., which handles air deliveries to Israeli customers of goods purchased on US websites, which do not make overseas shipments.
EZbuyUS buys goods on behalf of customers using a US credit card at websites that do not accept international credit cards. EZbuyUS charges the Israeli card of its customers, who provide it with the necessary data.
Leumi Card promises that its cardholders will benefit from competitive prices, compared with prices in Israel, and it will give the cardholders benefits for using EZbuyUS services, including shipment of purchases to the cardholder's residence or workplace, release of goods from customs, and even make the purchase at websites which require a US credit card.
A Leumi Card cardholder who registers for the service will receive, at no charge, a US address for the delivery of purchases from US websites that do not ship overseas.
Leumi Card has 1.6 million private cardholders and more than 40,000 business cardholders.
