The company sold its 50% stake in the commercial center for NIS 10 million.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that Shari Arison-controlled Shikun u'Binui Holdings Ltd. (TASE: SKBN) subsidiary Shikun u'Binui Real Estate Ltd. has sold its 50% stake in the commercial center in the Halomot (Dreams) residential project in Zichron Yaakov to Amirey Gan Building and Development Ltd. for NIS 10 million. Amirey Gan now wholly owns the commercial center.
The Halomot project is located in the eastern part of Zichron Yaakov. The project includes 770 apartments in stepped buildings, built in rustic style, including garden apartments, duplexes, and lofts, and apartments have four or five rooms each.
The 1,500-square meter commercial center is in the middle of the project.
