Sources inform ''Globes'' that Harel Insurance Investments and Financial Services Ltd. (TASE: HARL) has leased a building slated for preservation in Tel Aviv to boutique hotel company Nina Hotel Ltd., at NIS 90 per square meter per month. The 850-square meter building is at 23 Yavne Street, off Rothschild Boulevard, in Tel Aviv.
The building was previously occupied by Harel subsidiary Dikla Insurance Ltd., a provider of health insurance to individuals and groups.
