Blog application and feature start-up Wibiya Ltd. has raised $2 million from San Francisco-based Primera Capital. Previous investors in the company include Yossi Vardi, his son Oded Vardi, and Jeff Pulver.
Wibiya's customized toolbar, a beta version of which was released a few months ago, is designed for bloggers and e-publishers. It includes services for social media, widgets, and other applications, that can be added to a blog or website.
