NICE Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE; TASE: NICE) has expanded its customer service center quality management technology deal with Russian mobile operator MegaFon. NICE did disclose the size of the latest deal.
MegaFon, a provider of 3G and GSM services, has more 50 million subscribers across the Russian Federation, is installing NICE's next-generation Quality Optimization solution. The NICE Quality Optimization solution will enable MegaFon’s contact center management to better understand how agents can handle customer service-related calls in the most optimal fashion, regardless of the topic of the call, including roaming, conference calls, fax or data transmissions.
NICE president EMEA Shlomi Cohen said, "The mobile communications market is highly competitive, and service levels can dictate whether a provider will sink or swim. Implementing NICE Quality Optimization, an end-to-end quality management solution, is the right choice to help MegaFon stay ahead of the competition by bridging the gap between the organization’s existing quality management processes and its key business objectives."
NICE's share price fell 2.1% on Nasdaq yesterday to $30.66, giving a market cap of $1.9 billion, and fell 1.5% by mid-afternoon on the TASE today to NIS 115.
