There was no change at the top of Israel's leading websites in October. Google continues to top the rankings, with a weekly exposure rate of 91.7%, according to the TNS Teleseker/TIM survey for October. Facebook was in second place, with a weekly exposure rate of 68.1%, after a slight increase, followed by Internet portal Walla! whose weekly exposure rate fell 3% to 68.1%.
YouTube and Hebrew news site ynet stayed in the top five, with a weekly exposure rate of 60.9% and 56%, respectively. Ynet narrowed the gap with YouTube in October.
"Globes" is Israel's leading economic website, after its weekly exposure rate jumped 26.1% in October to 13.8% (15th place overall), compared with "TheMarker", which is in 17th place with a weekly exposure rate of 13.7%.
"Globes" is also the most popular financial website at work, where its weekly exposure rate soared 56.2% in October to 15.1% (9th place overall). "TheMarker's" weekly exposure rate at workplaces was 13.7%, in 11th place overall.
"TheMarker's weekly exposure rate includes "TheMarker Café", which according to Google Trends has 30,000 hits a day.
The October survey was Teleseker/TIM's 57th Internet survey. The survey included 800 respondents aged 13 and above for a representative nationwide sample of the Jewish population in Israel.
