Israel's Traffic Light wins International Emmy

Traffic Light beat Mexico's Los Simuladores and Britain's Peep Show.

Israeli television show Traffic Light has won the 38th International Emmy award for comedy. Producers Adir Miller and Elad Kuperman of Kuperman Productions Ltd. accepted the award at the ceremony at the New York Hilton.

Traffic Light beat Mexico's Los Simuladores, Britain's Peep Show; and Thailand's Talok Hok Chak in the comedy category.

The International Emmy Awards are among the most prestigious awards in television. Winning the award is the latest international success of the show. Fox Network will air a US version of Traffic Light in the upcoming winter season, while the Hebrew version will be aired in 15 countries.
