Employees claim that controlling shareholder Elbit Systems is planning to liquidate the company and integrate the employees into other units.
Employees at electronics warfare company Elisra Group today renewed their strike. They claim that controlling shareholder Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT; TASE: ESLT) is planning to liquidate the company and integrate the employees into other units.
Elisra has 1,000 employees at its factory in Bnei Brak.
Elbit Systems owns 70% of Elisra and Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. (IAI) (TASE: ARSP.B1) owns 30%.
