Delek Real Estate Ltd. (TASE: DLKR), controlled by Yitzhak Tshuva, has sold the Beitan Aharon Shopping Center, on the coastal highway to a company owned by his daughter, Carmit Elroyi, for NIS 38 million.
Carmit Elroyi, a specialist in acupuncture, owns Pharma Sin Ltd., a manufacturer of pediatric Chinese medications. She has a BA from Tel Aviv University and a degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Tshuva appointed her as a director in Delek Israel Fuel Corporation Ltd. (TASE: DLKIS) last September.
Delek Real Estate subsidiary Delek Real Estate Income Producing Properties Ltd. put the 2,600-square meter Beitan Aharon Shopping Center up for sale 18 months ago, and initially received several offers, the highest of which was NIS 37 million. The company, together with Moshav Beitan Aharon, began building the shopping center in 2008, at an investment of NIS 18 million.
