Minimum wage raised from April

The minimum wage will be NIS 3,890.25 per month.

Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor Shalom Simhon today announced that, under his authority under the Minimum Wage Law, the minimum wage will be raised to NIS 3,890.25 per month, beginning on April 1.

The increase is NIS 40.07 from the current minimum wage of NIS 3,850.18. The minimum hourly wage will be raised to NIS 20.92.

Ministry of Industry labor relations supervisor Adv. Shlomo Yitzhaki said that the minimum wage will be updated to 47.5% of the average national gross salary of NIS 8,190 per month.
