Golani Junction to become interchange

The project, at one of the worst bottlenecks in northern Israel, will cost NIS 350 million.

One of the worst bottlenecks in northern Israel, Golani Junction, will become an interchange within three years. The junction lies on the roads between central Israel and Tiberias and the Galilee panhandle.

Tomorrow, the Israel National Roads Company will publish a tender for the construction of the interchange. The project, part of the Israel Routes program, will cost some NIS 350 million. The total cost of the multi-year program is NIS 27.5 billion.
