The Sapir project in the Diamond Exchange will cost NIS 720 million.
Aviv & Co., Rogovin Ltd., and Tidhar Ltd. will begin construction of the 40-storey Sapir office building in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange. The project will cost NIS 320 million in the first stage and NIS 400 million in the second stage.
The Sapir building will have 60,000-square meter of office space, 1,500 square meters of commercial space for restaurants and cafes on the ground floor, and a 30,000-square meter five-level 750-space underground parking garage. The project will have a one-acre piazza surrounded by shops in front.
