Sources inform ''Globes'' that Lipa Meir & Co. and Joulus, Elisha & Co. Law Firm will merge.
Dun & Bradstreet Israel rank Joulus, Elisha & Co. as one of Israel's leading tax advisors. Clients include Gazit-Globe Ltd. (TASE: GLOB), Electra Real Estate Ltd. (TASE:ELCRE), and Papouchado.
Joulus, Elisha & Co. partners Adv. Rami Joulus, Yosef Elisha CPA, and Adv. Rachel Gazit will become partners in Lipa Meir and head its tax division. Joulus, Elisha & Co's seven salaried employees will also join the merged firm.
Lipa Meir, which was ranked last year by Dun & Bradstreet Israel as the country's 23rd largest law firm, decided to merge with Joulus, Elisha & Co. as part of is strategy to expand its fields of practice. The merger will increase the number of attorneys at Lipa Meir to 63.
