The Israel Military Industries Ltd. (IMI) board of directors today appointed Adv. Nitza Posner as chairwoman, after the Government Companies Authority ordered the board to appoint a chairperson from among the directors. She has served on the company's board for over a year.
IMI has been without a chairman for a year, after Avner Raz left the job to become CEO of Elul Tamarynd Ltd. (TASE: ELUL)
