Carmit Elroyi's appointment follows the appointment of her brother, Elad, as vice chairman of Delek Group.
Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG) controlling shareholder Yitzhak Tshuva has appointed his daughter Carmit Elroyi as chairwoman of Delek Israel Fuel Corporation Ltd. (TASE: DLKIS). Her appointment follows the appointment of Tshuva's son Elad as deputy chairman of Delek Group.
Delek Israel handles Delek Group's fuel operations in Israel, including the Delek brand gas stations and Menta convenience stores.
Carmit is married to Roy Elroyi, who is chairman of financially troubled Delek Real Estate Ltd. (TASE: DLKR) and the controlling shareholder and chairman of failing KMN Capital Ltd. (TASE:KMNK-L).
Delek Israel's share price fell 1% by midday to NIS 97.07, giving a market cap of NIS 906 million.
