Histadrut chairman Ofer Eini, who has repeatedly said that to act in both word and deed, faces his first test with Mishan's contract workers. Although the Histadrut says that the union does not employ contract workers, in the case of Mishan, any settlement with employers on the direct hiring of contract workers will also apply to it.
