Retail software co Retalix in Australian deal

Coles Express is deploying the solutions suit at its headquarters and at its 625 convenience store and Shell brand gas stations.

Retalix Ltd. (Nasdaq: RTLX; TASE: RTLX) has sold its retail software solutions suite to Australian convenience store and gas station chain Coles Express. Retalix did not disclose the size of the deal.

Coles Express began deployment the system at its headquarters and at its 625 convenience store and Shell brand gas stations in October 2011, with the deployment scheduled for completion this year.

Retalix's share price fell 0.7% by midday on the TASE today to NIS 64.81, after rising 1.4% on Nasdaq yesterday to $16.98, giving a market cap of $412 million.
