Pointer Telocation Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq:PNTR; TASE:PNTR) has decided to delist from the TASE. The company will keep its listing on Nasdaq.
Pointer provides vehicle location and roadside services for vehicle fleets and insurance company. The delisting process will take at least 90 days to implement, and the company will announce the exact delisting date when it becomes available.
Pointer Telocation's share price rose 7.5% by mid-afternoon on the TASE, following the announcement, to NIS 15, after remaining unchanged on Nasdaq yesterday at $3.85, giving a market cap of $18 million.
