Tnuva Food Industries Ltd. employees have suspended their labor sanctions until after Passover. Employees stopped delivering cottage cheese to retailers two weeks ago, and subsequently widened the stoppages to milk and other dairy products.
The Tnuva's workers committee, chaired by Ahiav Simhi, apparently decided to suspend the sanctions after some progress was made in today's talks with management, under CEO Arik Schor. The workers committee said that the decision was only a gesture to consumers for the holiday.
