Court grants 015 Hallo stay of proceedings

The MVNO was the first to offer unlimited calls for a flat fee of NIS 99 per month.

The Central District Court today granted a 21-day stay of proceedings for Hilat The Israel Communication Company Ltd., which operates as 015 Hallo Ltd., the first mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) to offer unlimited calls for a flat fee of NIS 99 per month.

The court hearing revealed the dispute between Hallo's owners, the Schechter and Frankel families, which own Hilat in equal shares. The Frankel's attorney told the court, "I believe that it would be better to liquidate the company."

The court appointed Adv. Guy Gissin and Adv. Eitan Erez as Hallo's trustees, whom the Schechters will finance up to NIS 3 million.
