Dana Azrieli's co sells Herzliya penthouse for NIS 19.5m

In November, Candan Residences sold a five-room apartment in the seafront project for NIS 16.5 million, and a four-room apartment for NIS 4.3 million.

Candan Residences Ltd., owned by Dana Azrieli, has sold a penthouse in Herzliya Pituah for NIS 19.5 million, according to Israel Tax Authority data. The penthouse was the most expensive apartment in the seven apartments so far sold in the 35-unit project. Sources inform ''Globes'' that the buyer is an Israeli who resides in Europe The 295-square meter eight-room penthouse has 120 square meters of balconies. The building at 3 Ramat Yam Street is on the Herzliya Pituah seafront promenade.

Dana Azrieli is vice chairman of the daughter of Azrieli Group Ltd. (TASE: AZRG) and the daughter of its chairman, David Azrieli.
