The Histadrut (General Federation of Labor in Israel) today signed a salary agreement with the Nuclear Research Center Negev (NRCM).
Employees at the Dimona nuclear reactor have won a 6% pay hike. The Histadrut(General Federation of Labor in Israel) today signed a salary agreement with the Nuclear Research Center Negev (NRCM) and support units in which employees will receive the rise in two stages from February 2013.
"I welcome the agreement. After protracted negotiations the sides have agreed a fitting salary for the company's employees and support units," said Engineering Association chairman Yitzhak Steiner.
Nuclear Research Center Negev workers committee chairman Shalom Simla said, "This is a worthy agreement for employees following years in which workers did not receive a salary rise. Now after long talks with management all employees will receive a 6% hike."
