Incentives Solutions has raised NIS 2 million from Moah Holdings, a private investment company owned by Meir Uzan. Incentives Solutions develops and provides flexible and comprehensive sales performance measurement and incentive pay enabling systems. These systems increase employee motivation and output, while significantly decreasing administrative inefficiencies and IT costs associated with compensation and incentive payouts for marketing and sales personnel, including call center staff, salespeople, agents, agencies and company executives.
Moah made the investment after a recent market research survey by the Gertner Institute found that Incentives Solutions is one of the most promising companies in the sales performance measurement (SPM) field. The Netanya based company implements some of the world's most advanced systems in incentives management, agents fees, and leading edge models for efficient planning of performance targets.
Uzan said, "Incentives Solutions has not only shown impressive and consistent growth data in a competitive market but also technological innovation and creative development."
Incentives Solutions chairman Rami Entin said, "We are very active in the insurance and finance sector and will continue to focus on that with Moah Holding's background in the finance business creating an excellent and welcome synergy for us."
Entin added that Incentives Solutions is currently breaking into the international market which is worth $1.5 billion annually and that this latest investment will assist the company, which has marketing offices in Germany, the UK, and US. He said, "Over the past year our new customers include a European client which manages fees worth over €1 billion annually."
