The companies will build a commercial and office complex in the Lod industrial zone, including a new headquarters for car rental company Eldan
America-Israel Investments Ltd. and Eldan Ltd. will build a NIS 600 million commercial and office complex in the Lod industrial zone. The companies plan to build seven eight-storey office buildings and a 100,000-square meter commercial center on a 42-dunam (10.5-acre) site, as well as a new headquarters for the car rental, hotel, and tourism services company, Eldan.
The Lod Local Planning and Building Commission has approved the plan, and it has been submitted to regional planning commission.
Eldan and America-Israel are also collaborating on a 25-storey residential and office project in south Tel Aviv on land owned by Eldan. The Tel Aviv Local Planning and Building Commission has approved the plan, and it will be submitted to the regional planning commission. The 12,500-square meter building will have 41 apartments above 9,400 square meters of office space and a six-level underground parking garage. Construction of the NIS 40 million project is due to begin in 2014.
