The university is asking NIS 7.75 million for the dormitories located in Bnei Brak.
Bar Ilan University has put up a student dormitory at 55 Kehilat Yaakov Street in Bnei Brak for sale. It is asking for NIS 7.75 million for the building, which it has owned since 1970.
The dormitories are on the other side of the Bar Ilan overpass over Road 4 (Geha Road) near Ramat Gan's Amidar neighborhood. The old 695-square meter three-floor building on a 560-square meter lot has 18 dormitories, each with two bedrooms. Each floor has a communal kitchen. There is a synagogue on the ground floor.
The deadline for bids is July 30.
