Delek US Holdings Inc. (NYSE:DK) CEO Uzi Yemin has bought a house in the Tel Aviv suburb of Kfar Azar for NIS 22 million. Delek US is the American arm of Yitzhak Tshuva's Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG).
Yemin, 44, is one of the millionaires produced by Tshuva. He has been CEO of Delek US for nine years. A check by "Globes" found that his fortune totals $70 million, including his salary, the sale of shares, and unsold shares.
Kfar Azar, near Sheba Medical Center Tel Hashomer Hospital, is now part of Ramat Gan. It includes four dunam (one acre) of residential land and sixteen dunam (four acres) of agricultural land which has been rezoned for residential and commercial space. Six properties have been sold in the area in the past two years, mostly by third generation heirs of the original village.
Buyers include Chromatis Networks founder Orni Petruschka, who paid NIS 9.6 million.
