Sellers asking NIS 20m for Danish Ambassador's residence

The sellers of the 600-sq.m. house on a 750-sq.m. lot in Kfar Shmaryahu are also asking NIS 9 million for the adjacent lot.

Sources inform ''Globes'' that the residence of the Danish Ambassador to Israel at the corner of Keren Hayesod Street and Hahoresh Street in Kfar Shmaryahu has been put up for sale. The property is reportedly valued at NIS 18-20 million.

The 600-sq.m. house on a 750-sq.m. has a swimming pool, home cinema in the basement, fireplace, elevator, smart home system, under floor heating, five bathrooms, and three-car garage. The owners built the house for their own use, but then decided to move to a smaller place more suited to their needs. It was leased to the Danish Ambassador six months ago, reportedly for NIS 600,000 a year.

The landowners also own the adjacent 750-sq.m. lot, which is occupied by an old house slated for demolition. The buyer of the first house will have the option to acquire the second lot for an estimated NIS 9 million.
