Holon: A 90-sq.m. four-room apartment on Bialik St. was sold for NIS 1.45 million, down from the asking price of NIS 1.49 million (Re/MAX).
Kfar Saba: A 66-sq.m. three-room apartment on Hashikma St. was sold for NIS 860,000. A 95-sq.m. three-room apartment on Pashush St. was sold for NIS 1.29 million (Re/MAX). A 140-sq.m. five-room apartment on Hanita St. was sold for NSI 2.1 million. A 115-sq.m. four-room apartment on Mashol Ha'ahava St. was sold for NIS 1.58 million (Anglo-Saxon).
