Netanyahu's brother-in-law sells Savion house for NIS 27m

Amatzia Ben-Artzi and his wife sold their 670-sq.m. ten-room house on a 5,000-sq.m. lot on Hagderot Street.

Sources inform ''Globes'' that the brother-in-law of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Amatzia Ben-Artzi and his wife have sold their ten-room house in the Tel Aviv suburb of Savion for NIS 27 million. The 670-square meter house, built in 1997, is on a 5,000-square meter lot on Hagderot Street.

The sale was made several months ago, and reported to the Israel Tax Authority at the same time as the purchase of a 350-square meter apartment in the luxury Soutine 29 tower in Tel Aviv. Neve Schuster Ltd. is building the project.

Ben-Artzi, a former Israel Air Force combat pilot, splits his time between Israel and Silicon Valley. He is president of NetPost Inc., which developed technology for content providers. His children, Guy and Galia, have sold start-ups they had founded: Particle Code, a developer of games for social networks and smartphones, was sold for an undisclosed amount to Appcelerator Inc. in 2011, four years after it was founded; and MyTopia, a developer of poker, bingo, and other games for social networks, was sold to 888 Holding plc (LSE:888) for $18 million in cash.
